Dear LTHS Mens Basketball Family: 

We look forward to honoring and celebrating all the players and their hard work this past season at the banquet on Wednesday, March 11th at 6pm. This great event will be here before we know it, so please see below for important details and information:

1. BANQUET RSVP AND VOLUNTEERS
2. We are looking for an indication  on whether your player/family will attend so please RSVP as soon as possible. This is the most pressing item, since we need to confirm table set ups with the athletic office AND confirm our headcount for catering. 
3. We could use as many volunteers that are willing to come starting at 2:30 PM to help with set-up. Please be on the lookout for the sign up in your booster hub app to be able to sign up to help.
4. If you have specific dietary needs, send an email to lthsbasketball@gmail.com so they can be taken into consideration with the catering order
5. PURCHASE BANQUET TICKETS
6. All players/managers/trainers are our guests and attend the banquet at no charge
7. All other guests will purchase a banquet ticket for $30. Please note that if you joined the booster club at the STARTER ($500) or MVP ($1000) levels, you will receive two banquet tickets. We will have your names at check in. If you are unsure if that is you, please reach out to lthsbasketball@gmail.com
8. Once you register and pay, you will be emailed a ticket. You will need to show that ticket upon entry of the banquet.
9. PURCHASE VARSITY PLAYER BANNER
10. Varsity players have the option to purchase their individual banner from this year for $40.
11. If you prefer to pay with a check, please email lthsbasketball@gmail.com with your order request to purchase your banner; we will collect payment at the banquet.
